About Me

Hi! I’m Matthew; I’m a dad, husband, and a photographer/videographer. I was born in Poland and moved to Scotland when I was young, so it really feels like my home now. In my spare time, I like fishing, reading, and gardening. I’ve been working with a camera for almost 8 years now, and in that time I’ve been involved with some great projects and met some amazing couples. I got my HND in TV Production in 2017, and a BA in Commercial Photography in 2019. Later that year, I got married, and started my own business at the beginning of 2020.

Having experienced the extreme highs and lows of the self-employed lifestyle, I realised I’m just crazy enough to want to keep going, but still sane enough to safely operate a camera. I now specialise in covering weddings, live events, video editing, and portraiture. I love the variety that comes with the job - my daily work consists of anything from a quick family photoshoot to editing a feature film.
